Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your basic Google profile.
• Listing content: property details, photos you upload and the copy RoofNote generates for you.
• Subscription status: whether your plan is active and when it renews. We never see or store card details.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To provide the service: generate listing copy, keep your history and manage your plan.
• To enforce plan limits, prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
• To answer support requests.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as our merchant of record. Creem collects and processes your payment and billing information, and handles taxes and invoices, under its own privacy policy. Creem tells us only what we need to manage your subscription.

AI processing and service providers

To generate copy, your listing details and photos are sent to AI model providers solely to produce your results. We also rely on hosting, database and storage providers. Your photos are kept in private storage and are not publicly accessible.

Retention and deletion

You can delete past listings from your dashboard at any time. We keep your account data while your account is active. To delete your account and data, email us and we will do so, except where we must keep records by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Contact us at support@getroofnote.com to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only the essential storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email.
