The service

RoofNote uses AI to write listing descriptions, social media posts and client emails from the property details and photos you provide.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Plans and pricing

• Free trial: 3 listing generations, no card required.
• Pro: $29 USD per month, billed monthly, including up to 100 new listings per billing month under our fair-use limit.
• Team: $149 USD per month, billed monthly, for up to 5 agents (the buyer plus 4 invited agents), each with the Pro features and up to 100 new listings per billing month. The buyer can add and remove agents at any time.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem handles billing, applicable taxes (such as VAT and sales tax) and invoices, and your purchase is also subject to Creem's terms. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation and refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
• After cancelling, you keep Pro access (and, on Team, every agent on your team keeps access) until the end of the month you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.
• Payments already made are generally non-refundable, as you keep access for the paid period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@getroofnote.com and we will review it. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Your content and AI output

You keep ownership of the details and photos you upload and of the copy generated for you. You must have the right to use any photos you upload. AI-generated text can contain mistakes: review it before publishing, and you are responsible for making sure your listings are accurate and comply with applicable laws, including fair housing rules.

Acceptable use

You may not use RoofNote to generate, upload or request:

• Sexual, adult, explicit or NSFW content of any kind.
• Hateful, violent, illegal, discriminatory or misleading content.

You also may not try to abuse or bypass plan limits or our content safeguards. RoofNote may refuse requests that break these rules. Violations may lead to immediate account suspension without refund.

Liability

RoofNote is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can stop using RoofNote and close your account at any time.
